Location: Pleasanton
Features: This 960,000 SF construction project consists of one three-story building (D) and one two-story building (C) totaling 260,000 SF along with a Central Utility Plant. This project consists of shell, off and on site phases. The shell construction features sandblasted pre-cast panels, glass and aluminum skins, and radiused metal roof screens and recycled building materials which help support the LEEDS Green Building criteria. Upon completion of building (D), an 80,000 SF tenant improvement, which includes a Class 10,000 clean room, state of the art manufacturing lab facility and office space, will be built out for a specific user. The fit-up for building (C), is under initial programming and will include a cafeteria and a future data center. The on-site work of this campus has a very elaborate landscape design and consists of many fountains, a stream feature running through the center of the campus, pedestrian paths and an extensive rehabilitation of an old sycamore creek. The off-site portion of this project includes the widening of Sunol Blvd. and adding bus stops for public transit.
