Location: San Jose
Features: Design/build shell and site modifications to three existing buildings at 105,000 SF each. Project includes redesign of roof line at main entryways, new balcony guard rails, new roofing and rooftop HVAC equipment, new paving, new landscaping and various site elements. Project also features relocation of the main lobby at 125 Rio Robles, outside of the existing footprint, utilizing a new curtain wall ‘pop out’ to increase street visibility and building access.
