Reno/Tahoe FAA Air Traffic Control Tower

Features: Federal government air traffic control tower facility consisting of 10,000 SF administrative building with 11" thick cast-in-place concrete walls, and a 10,000 SF – 200 feet tall tower with 20" thick cast-in-place concrete walls; both buildings include a structural steel, slab on metal deck and integral structure. Engine generator and UPS battery back up systems. 50,000 LF continuous fiber optic and 25 pair copper cabling throughout facility and adjacent airport operations runway. The fully landscaped six acre development includes an AOA high security fencing/operated gate system, various miscellaneous site facilities and parking.
