The project includes demolition to the existing space, as well as tenant improvements consisting of new partition construction, finishes, addition of new unisex restroom, new lighting, furniture and audiovisual technology throughout. The project also includes associated mechanical, electrical and plumbing work, as well as display casework and shelving for client sales.
