Vi Living

This project includes a 1,000,000 SF construction of a nine-building retirement community consisting of 388 customized independent living units which consisted of seven four story buildings with post tension decks; one wood-framed, two-story building with 62 assisted living units; and one wood-framed, one-story skill nursing facility with 44 units along with an 181,000 SF underground parking lot and back-of-house and state-of-the-art amenity spaces. Exteriors of stone and stucco coordinate with lush landscaping that features walking paths, seating areas and several beauty spots for socializing and quiet contemplation. This project also included a care center. The interior includes a fitness center, an array of dining venues including a café and kitchen and an indoor swimming pool. The four-story independent living buildings and the one and two story care center sit on a 22.3 acre site. This was an OSHPD project.
