UOP Vereschagin Alumni House

Devcon provided pre-construction and construction services for design and construction of a new, two-story, wood framed facility of approximately 9,600 SF. Project consists of meeting rooms, office areas, resource library, and reception area with high-end finishes; catering kitchen, and circulation & storage areas. Site improvements include primary pedestrian access from adjacent parking area including donor "Brick" plaza and new terrace area.
