The Nueva School

This project includes a 121,910 SF structural steel building varying in height from the one-story Student Center to the three-story North Wing. Project features a concrete podium with parking below the North Wing, and also includes a full gymnasium, science classrooms, design/innovation I-Labs, art labs, multi-purpose performing arts/fitness/classrooms, flexible instructional spaces, kitchen lab and dining area, writing and research center, and photovoltaic panels at roof top perimeter.
