The Kelsey Ayer Station

Design/build project consisting of demolition to an existing 2-story office building, and construction of a new affordable housing project featuring a 6-story residential building with five floors of units above podium, and an at-grade parking lot totaling 85,461 SF. The project includes a mixture of 90 studios and 25 two-bedroom apartments, as well shared community space, gym, and outdoor community space which will consist of a community senior garden at ground level, and a second level multi-use courtyard. The first floor is comprised of parking, long term bike parking, utility rooms, common areas and support facility for residents. Project also includes offsite improvements.
