Tannery Arts Center - Colligan Theater

This 10,000 SF project consists of the renovation of an existing historical building. The existing building, which was once a leather hide manufacturer, is renovated into a performing arts theater. Project features 177 fixed theater seats will a full size raised theater stage. Additions to the existing building include a full size ticket booth, restroom accommodations, lobby and concessions stand. For the artists there is a new green room, full backstage accommodations and a state of the art control booth. The historical building’s exterior is architecturally finished to match the surrounding buildings of the Tannery Center.
