St. Mary's Sobrato Junior High School Building

This project includes the design/build of a new 13,365 SF 2-Story classroom building on the campus of St. Mary’s Parish and School. The project consists of wood frame shell structure with cement plaster and brick veneer finish. Interior improvement feature classrooms, lab, library, offices and support spaces. The project is located in downtown Los Gatos with strict parking and noise requirements. Additionally, the project is in the middle of campus and required careful coordination with the school to ensure the safety of students. Due to the phasing required for the demolition of the old library building, the site work for this project was completed in a second phase.
