St. Francis Sobrato Family Learning Commons

This 23,500 SF project consists of a new library, student center, counseling offices, study rooms, student activities center, campus store, two new classrooms, and renovation of six existing classrooms. Project includes the demolition of approximately 10,000 SF of an existing building and the renovation/improvements of the remaining 5,800 SF that will be made a part of the new building. Due to needs of the school, project required an involved phasing plan allowing portions of the existing building to remain occupied during construction.
