Somersett Club Town Center

This project includes the design-build 35,544 SF of two 2-story wood framed Class A retail/office buildings with core improvements and vanilla shells to include elevators. Stucco finish with stone veneer and metal roofing. Project also includes site improvements for +/- 5 acres, site preparation for two (2) separate residential condo complexes, and a 10,000 sf plaza / courtyard between the office buildings. Buildings pending LEED Silver Certification that incorporates Green features such as waterless urinals, backbone HVAC fresh air system, solatube skylights, motion sensor lighting & bathroom fixtures, and dedicated recycling enclosures.
