SCU Finn Hall

This design/build project consists of approximately 120,000 SF four-story wood framed dormitory over concrete podium and 42,000 SF single-level of below grade parking garage. Project includes 184 student units, six staff apartments, offices, common lounges/break rooms, 2-story lounges and study rooms, and multi-purpose room that is almost two stories tall and features an operable partition wall, audio-visual system, and a service kitchen to host large events. The project also consists of a new air-cooled chiller plant, boiler plant, and 4-pipe fan coil units to provide heating and cooling to all student units and apartments.
