Santana Row Building 7

Devcon provided construction management services for 256 town home and apartment units accompanied with a clubhouse and pool atop retail overlooking Santana Row and Winchester Blvd. in San Jose. The three separate apartment buildings house 160 units that feature exterior stone veneers over plaster system and granite counter tops with fine cabinetry. Surrounding the three apartment buildings are the 96 town home units that also include granite counter tops, upscale interior finishes and an exotic 80 paint coloring scheme to reflect the diversity of each unit. Building 7 currently hosts Santana Heights and the Hotel Valencia. Project also consisted of three floors for parking; one below grade, one at grade level and one above grade. This project includes a ConXtech structure.
