San Jose Civic Center

The 711,909 SF Civic Center was constructed in downtown San Jose on the south side of Santa Clara Street between 4th and 6th Streets. This project consists of an 18-story high-rise tower; housing the majority of administrative offices plus a public service center on the lower three levels. This project also features a lower wing with a 4-story Council Chambers, offices and public meeting rooms, a 4-story freestanding domed rotunda, a large central plaza, and one-level of below-grade parking.
