This project includes a 26,000 SF two-story remodel of the second and third floors in existing 5-story office building. Project includes private offices and conference rooms, updated restrooms, and open office areas for bench seating. The design team designed the open office space with a bright white exposed ceiling which shows off the ductwork and office lighting. Specialty finishes include sealed concrete, multi-colored carpet and panelized wood doors, chandeliers, fabric panels and custom logo wallcovering.
