Project consisting of demolition of two existing buildings and construction of three new 6-story office buildings featuring 763,397 SF of space for office, Executive Business Centers, and amenities such as retail, multiple cafes/dining and fitness. The project also consists of two new parking structures housing 2,913 vehicles; 2,854 are standard stalls, 292 are electric vehicle stalls, and 59 are ADA accessible stalls. Project features new landscaping, pedestrian and bicycle paths as well.
