This 150,000 SF tenant improvement project consists of a 5- story building featuring a 3,000 SF lobby, 20,000 SF café, 7,000 SF gym/fitness area. The project is the centerpiece of Sunnyvale’s high traffic Mathilda Avenue and serves as part of the Sunnyvale Campus for the world’s largest professional network, LinkedIn.
