Kleiner Perkins - Sand Hill

This is a multi phase project at 2750 & 2744 Sand Hill Road. Project includes 8,550 SF of tenant improvement including custom millwork private office fronts and A/V conference rooms. Phase two includes an exterior steel bridge linking buildings together. Scope features custom wood roof and cedar ceilings. Phase three scope includes conference room and restroom remodel during KPCB daily operations.
