The core and shell scope of the project included the demolition of three buildings and site work for a new 2-story 100,000 SF steel, core/shell office building on 90,000 SF of below-grade parking and 35,000 SF of surface parking and site work. Exterior façade is GFRC with glass, metal panel, and wood accents.This project also consists of a 98,000 SF tenant improvement within a new 2-story core/shell building featuring multiple breakrooms, private and open offices, conference rooms, IDF/MDF rooms and a high-end multitenant lobby with terrazzo tile flooring. Additionally, project includes a 2,000 SF multi-purpose room with a motorized skyfold partition and high tech video array wall.
