Greenwood Commerce Center

Project consists of a 226,000 SF concrete tilt-up building with a composite roof structure and Vulcraft truss joists, as well as a 78,000 SF concrete tilt-up building on a 19 acre site in Napa County. The project includes bio-retention for storm water, wetlands monitoring for a riparian creek that runs through the center of the site, a left-hand turn lane on Airport Blvd. and a reclaimed water line installation. Both buildings feature TPO roof systems with 5.5” of insulation. Additionally, both buildings are fitted with “Night Air Cooling” and are prepped for cased storage users. Both buildings also include loading docks, insulated, powered roll up doors, and are equipped with ESFR ready fire sprinkler systems.
