Phase 1-Two 2-story office buildings on 10.5 acres. Complete auditorium with raised floor and rear projection room, deli, and fitness center. Equipped with remote generator for both buildings in case of power failure. Built around a central plaza with fountain, sod and amphitheater.

Phase 2-Design/build 180,000 SF 2-story concrete tilt-up building with a highbay warehouse and data center.

Phase 3-Design/build of one 74,000 SF two-story concrete tilt-up building and one 95,000 SF three-story steel frame building.
