Elco Yards

Demolition of four city blocks to construct four new buildings with below grade parking and a restaurant plaza. The project development includes 715,000 SF of life science space consisting of one 4-story CIP concrete building over 2-level below grade parking and two 4-story CIP concrete buildings over a common 2-level garage. One 4-story steel building over 3-level below grade parking provides 260,000 SF of commercial space with a childcare facility. The site includes a 5,000 SF wood/steel framed restaurant and plaza. The building facades are composed of brick on precast panels, glass, and metal panels and include pavilion and terrace architectural features. The project site scope includes six blocks of public infrastructure improvements, two pedestrian bridges, and site amenities.
