Downtown Sunnyvale Garage

Project consists of two design-build post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete garages with a total 994,714 SF. The four levels above grade and one level basement garage provides a total of 1,101 stalls at Garage 1 and 1,687 stalls at Garage 2. The east and west elevations are decorated with ceramic tiles, metal finds, metal canopies, faux storefront, and texcoat finish. The project will seek a LEED Siler rating.
