900,000 SF design/build project consisting of core & shell of two 300,000 SF 7-story high-rise steel structures on podium above a 300,000 SF, 2-story below grade garage housing 800 vehicles, on approximately 175,000 SF of site. The project includes office, retail, and lobby space, and also features construction of two new streets, outdoor plazas and elaborate sitework featuring precast planters, unit pavers and stainless steel trellis above an ipe wood deck. The building exterior skin consists of precast and a unitized glass curtain wall system with integral terracotta. The project will receive a LEED GOLD rating.
