Caribbean Creative Campus

This iconic build-to-suit project consists of two new steel framed, stepped buildings totaling 1,000,000 SF. The buildings feature sloping green roofs that provide walking access and exterior site amenities at each floor. A new four level pre-cast concrete parking structure at the northwest corner of the site provides 1,440 stalls, and extensive landscaping with enhanced flood protection levees and pedestrian bridges activates the balance of the site. Interior improvements include open office space, conference rooms, food service, and fitness areas.
