Broadcom Garage

The project consists of 249,000 SF four-level concrete parking structure providing 812 vehicle spaces. The structure is constructed of pre-cast concrete columns and beams with cast in place post-tensioned floor decks and poured-in-place perimeter moment beam lateral elements supported on a pier foundation. Structure includes two stair wells and a masonry elevator tower. The exterior consists of an array of vertical perforated aluminum plate and stainless steel mesh panels.
