125,000 SF design/build 4-level post-tensioned long-span cast-in-place parking garage providing a total of 383 stalls. The garage features electric vehicle charging stations, vehicle monitoring system, self-service pay station kiosks, emergency phone stations, security cameras on all levels, and preparations for a future roof-top photovoltaic system. The exterior finishes tie the building to the main campus which include tex-cote textured paint, two stair towers framed with light gauge steel, a stucco finish and clay tile roofs. Site improvements consist of underground utilities, storm drain system, bio-retention pond, Public Park, concrete and decomposed granite walking paths.
