Akamai Floor 2

This project is a 34,000 SF tenant improvement of the second floor of a warm-shell building. This project includes a high end break room with views of the building atrium lobby and a game room with a custom pool table. The remainder of the project includes open offices, flex spaces with sliding doors and several large conference rooms. Seating areas include open ceilings and a sound-masking system throughout.
