This 194,000 SF project features one 6-story structural steel office building with sitework and tenant Improvements. The building’s exterior consists of GFRC panels with punched opening glazing, as well as slanted curtain wall glass to match the design of the two existing office buildings on the campus. The 6th floor of the building includes one large outdoor balcony space with two smaller balconies. Interior improvements consist of office use space for the County of Santa Clara’s Social Services Department as well as 1st floor training rooms and child care areas.
