This project consists of redevelopment of a federal superfund site including construction of a new three story, 87,040 SF Class A commercial office building with a combination of steel frame and concrete tilt-up construction and associated site improvements on the 183,390 SF site.
The site has an active 3,150 SF extraction and monitoring station that must be kept in operation and protected during the construction. All concrete and AC demolition material from the previous buildings to be used on site as aggregate base.
