This project consist of a 14,931 SF four-story, mixed-use building located in downtown Palo Alto. The project features retail on the ground floor, commercial office spaces on 2nd and 3rd floors and two residential apartments on the 4th floor. Project includes vehicle stacking system in garage with car turntable which allows vehicles to exit forward onto Ramona Avenue. The building structure consists of reinforced concrete frame and suspended slabs over mat slab foundation. The exterior skin is a combination of glass curtain wall, storefront, mechanically fastened stone and composite aluminum panel system.
