This project includes a 60,000 SF complete interior demolition and tenant improvement highlighted by custom "Family Room" and Library areas. The project includes a structural in-fill of the second floor to provide more office area and incorporate a new lobby stair featuring a design/build glass handrail. Exterior work includes an addition of new patio areas for employees' use.
