Marvell Campus

Location: Santa Clara
Features: Building 3
120,000 SF tenant improvement project including testing labs, IDF rooms, failure analysis labs, conference rooms, and offices. A large structural upgrade occurred concurrently with the tenant improvement work which included the addition of micro pile foundation systems, structural steel, brace frames with mechanical dampers to improve the seismic performance. Prior to the commencement of tenant improvements, Devcon supervised the demolition of the exterior skin. Marvell contracted with an outside source from China that provided the new exterior skin (glass and stone).

Building 12C
364,000 SF tenant improvement project including test labs, conference rooms, office space, a 12,000 SF lobby, and a 15,000 SF cafeteria. A large structural upgrade occurred concurrently with the tenant improvement work which included the addition of micro pile foundation systems, structural steel, brace frames with mechanical dampers to improve the seismic performance. Prior to the commencement of tenant improvements, Devcon supervised the demolition of the exterior skin. 129,000 SF tenant improvement project including testing labs, data center, failure analysis labs, conference rooms, office, and warehouse. A large structural upgrade occurred concurrently with the tenant improvement work which included the addition of micro pile foundation systems, structural steel, brace frames with mechanical dampers to improve the seismic performance.
